Our Annual Meeting will be held this Sunday @ 2 pm at the City of Rock Hill’s Neighborhood Services office, 150 Johnston Street, Rock Hill. We hope to see you there! Our City Councilman, John Black, will give us an update on things happening in Rock Hill, as well as to answer your questions. A representative from the Rock Hill Police Department will also be joining us.
As you know, a quorum is required to conduct our business at our annual meeting. On the agenda for this year’s meeting (attached) is the 2024 budget, the election of officers and board members, and a proposed amendment to our covenants regarding leasing. If you cannot attend, we kindly ask you to submit your proxy on, or before Friday, to Ryan Tinker or email a scanned PDF of your signed proxy.
Please remember that voting at the annual meeting is limited to members who are in good standing. If you have not yet paid your dues, please do so prior to our meeting.
