Our Neighborhood

Development began in the late 1980s on a subdivision near Heckle Boulevard and Herlong Avenue in Rock Hill, SC. Our neighborhood features 60 lots, 59 properties fully developed, and completely custom homes built between 1988 and 2022. Residents comprise of young families, working professionals, and retirees.

A property owners association manages the neighborhood through published Restrictive Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCRs). A volunteer board of directors serves the association and provides support to residents. The neighborhood is within the city limits of Rock Hill.
